Instead of setting up each stage one by one, you can select multiple stages of a checklist and configure them together. In bulk you can assign/remove approvers, edit the stage settings, and edit checkpoints. Only the settings you explicitly change are applied — all other configurations stay unchanged. You can do this on a Draft checklist or edit one that is already Live — editing a live checklist won't disturb its other settings or its past inspections.
Open the checklist: Projects tab → select the project → Checklist tab → open the checklist.
Select multiple stages you want to configure together.
Apply any of the following in bulk:
Add or remove approvers across all the selected stages in one go.
Edit stage configuration (each is On/Off)
RFI — require a request to start inspection.
Witness required — increase accountability of the parties involved during inspection.
Drawing required — the inspector must add a drawing photo to complete the inspection.
Skip stage — the inspector can skip the stage with a single button, but a photo and remark become mandatory.
Validate stage — the inspector can pass or seek approval with a single button, with a mandatory photo and remark.
Checkpoint order — Sequence (the Checker fills checkpoints one after another) or Random (checkpoints can be filled in any order).
Select multiple checkpoints and edit their:
- Type — Yes/No, Option, Text, or Numeric. - Photo mandatory — on/off. - Remark — on/off.
Only the settings you explicitly set to On or Off are applied — everything else remains unchanged.
When done, Go live and assign the roles:
- Checklist Inspector (mandatory) — fills and submits the checklist for each stage. The Project Admin is auto-assigned here. - RFI Raiser (mandatory when RFI is on) — raises an RFI to request inspection for the stage. - Maker Team (mandatory) — the team responsible for the physical work on site. - Approver (optional) — gives checklist stage approval after inspection. Then click Go Live.
Across multiple selected stages at once: approvers, the stage settings, and the checkpoints.
No — only the settings you explicitly set to On or Off are applied. All other configurations remain unchanged.
RFI, Witness required, Drawing required, Skip stage, Validate stage, and the checkpoint order (Sequence / Random).
Their Type (Yes/No, Option, Text, Numeric), whether a Photo is mandatory, and the Remark.

Yes. Open the live checklist, select the stages, and change what you need. Since only the settings you explicitly change are applied, editing a live checklist won't affect its other settings or completed inspections.
Checklist Inspector (mandatory — Project Admin auto-assigned), RFI Raiser (mandatory when RFI is on), Maker Team (mandatory), and Approver (optional).
Select multiple stages to configure them together.
Only the settings you explicitly change are applied — other settings are untouched.
Stage toggles: RFI, Witness, Drawing, Skip stage, Validate stage, plus checkpoint order (Sequence/Random).
Bulk checkpoint edits: Type, Photo mandatory, Remark.
On Go live, assign Checklist Inspector (Project Admin auto-assigned), RFI Raiser (if RFI on), Maker Team, and optionally an Approver.
Works on Draft or Live checklists — editing a live checklist changes only what you touch.
