When a checklist is no longer needed, you can Archive it so it can't be used. If you need it again later, you can Unarchive it, edit it, and take it Live again.
Open the checklist you no longer need (Projects → project → Checklist tab → open the checklist).
Click Archive, then confirm Archive again.
The checklist's status becomes ARCHIVED.
You can also archive several checklists at once — select them and use Manage → Archive (see 2.6.43).
Open the Archived checklist you want to bring back.
Click UNARCHIVE — the checklist opens in an editable format.
Make any edits and Save, then click Go Live to make it live again, and assign the roles:
- Checklist Inspector (mandatory) — fills and submits the checklist for each stage. - RFI Raiser (mandatory when RFI is on) — raises an RFI to request inspection. - Maker Team (mandatory) — the team responsible for the physical work on site. - Approver (optional) — gives checklist stage approval after inspection.
Unarchive has no bulk option — unarchive one checklist at a time.
It marks the checklist ARCHIVED so it's no longer in use — it stays saved but can't be filled.
Yes — select multiple checklists and use Manage → Archive (see 2.6.43 How to bulk-configure multiple checklists?).
No — unarchive has no bulk option. You unarchive one checklist at a time.
