Target vs Achieve lets a System or Project Admin set a weekly Quality Inspection target per project and track it against what's actually completed — so you can see, in real time, whether the site team is on track to meet its quality goal.
Go to the Projects tab → select the project.
Open the TARGET tab.
Set the current week's Target — the number of EQCs you expect to reach a final Pass this week. (e.g. if RCC work should finish this week, add 1 to the Target.)
As EQCs get their final Pass, the Achieved count updates automatically.
Target — the number of EQCs whose final stage is expected to Pass in the week (set by the Project Admin).
Achieved — the number of EQCs whose final stage actually Passed in the week (auto-updated as each EQC gets its final Pass).
Hover over the Achieved number → a download icon appears → click it to download a CSV of that week's inspections.
