2.5.20 Create Nomenclature manually

-

  • 1 Click on the "Create" button on the right-hand side.

  • 2 Add levels, which represent the hierarchy of the project. For example, in a residential project, Level 1 could be towers or blocks, Level 2 could be floors, Level 3 could be flat numbers, and Level 4 could be rooms. Inspectors can add other activity work using the DigiQC mobile app. You can add maximum 7 Levels.

Now, let's say there are three towers in the residential project:

  • - Enter "Tower A," then press Enter.

  • - Enter "Tower B," then press Enter.

  • - Enter "Tower C," then click "Save."

When you hover over Level 1, you'll see two buttons:

  • - Click the "+" button to add Level 2 (e.g., 1st floor, 2nd floor).

  • - Click the pencil button to edit the level name if needed.

Hover over Level 2 and click the "+" button to create Level 3.

You can also switch from list view to chart view format by clicking here.

For each level, you have options like outdent, indent, duplicate, delete, and disable on the right-hand side for configuration.

Once you've configured everything, click "Go live." Your mobile users will then be able to use this naming system within the project while starting new EQC.
