2.5.21 Importing CSV file to add Nomenclature

-

If you already have planning data prepared, you can directly import it using the CSV format.

  1. Click on the "Import CSV" button.

  2. Download the template by clicking on "Sample File."

  3. Open the downloaded file and enable editing.

  4. In the first column, enter the name of the level; in the second column, enter the outline level in numeric format.

  5. Add levels to represent the hierarchy of your project. For example, Level 1 could be towers or blocks, Level 2 could be floors, and so on, up to Level 7.

  6. Important notes:

  • Do not add additional columns.

  • Do not edit the formatting of cells A1 and B1.

  • Do not leave spaces between cells; enter data continuously.

After adding data, click on "File" in the top left corner, then "Save As." Select the folder to save the file, change the file name, and select "CSV" or "CSV MS-DOS" as the file type before saving.

Return to the DigiQC web app, click on "Import CSV," select the file, and start uploading.

That's it! Your nomenclature has been created. You can also view the nomenclature in chart format by clicking here.
