Why: Adding your issue category will assist in a more detailed analysis later on.
Steps:
Go to the "Instructions" tab and click the "Add" button in the top right corner.
(Optional) Add a photo of the issue.
Select the project and enter the location.
Click on the "Other" button, enter the issue type, and click "Create."
