Raise an issue (Instruction) from the mobile app to report a site problem — quality, safety, material or other — with optional photos, tags and a recommendation — then assign it to whoever should resolve it, in your own team or another team.
Open the Instructions tab and select the project.
Tap + Add.
Add images (optional) — attach one or many via Add Images; an issue can also be raised without images. Tap Next.
Fill in the details:
- Location. - Type of issue — Quality, Safety, Material, or Others. (For a custom type, tap Other, type your category, and tap Create.) - Tags (optional) — select existing tags or create new ones (up to 2). - Issue description. - Deadline. - Recommendation (optional) — suggest a solution for faster resolution.
Assign the issue:
- Project Team User — pick the responsible person, in your own team or another team, or - Phone Contact — if they aren't a project user, choose from your phone contacts. The issue is still raised, but that person stays unassigned until they're mapped into a team later.
Tap Continue → Raise.
The assigned user always only responds — they can never accept, reject or close. Who closes depends on the teams:
If the raising user and the assigned user are in the same team — the assigned user still can't close, but other members of that team can accept and close the issue.
If the assigned user is in a different team — that assigned team can only respond; the raising team does the accept / reject / close.
Yes — assign it to a teammate (or to another team).
The assigned user never can. If the assigned user is in the same team as the raiser, another member of that team accepts/closes. If it's assigned to a different team, that team only responds, and the raising team closes.
