2.3.8 How to raise site issue?

Why:

To report and resolve issues quickly.

When:

When you identify an issue related to quality, safety, material, or other concerns.

How:

1. Open the "Instructions" tab in the mobile app.

2. Select the project from the dropdown.

3. Click "+ Add" to start.

4. Attach single or multiple images under "Add Images", add details, and click "NEXT."

   

5. Fill in:

   • Location

   • Type of issue (Quality, Safety, Material, or Others)

   • Tags (Optional: Select existing or create up to 2 new tags)

   • Issue description

   • Deadline

   • Recommendations (Optional)

6. Assign the issue to the Project Team User

7. If you cannot find the Project Team User listed, then use your Phone Contact (Your instruction will be raised but that Person will remain as an unassigned user, who can later be mapped into the relevant Team)

8. Click "Continue" to raise the issue.
