3.2.4 Why Some Users Can Start RFI and Others Cannot

You encounter a message: “Not allowed to start inspection as 1st stage is RFI which is not assigned to you.”

Explanation:

   • Only users assigned as RFI initiators or approvers can start the RFI process.
