3. Image Missing from Device

Why:
This error occurs when the required images for a particular EQC inspection are missing from the device due to accidental deletion or incomplete data synchronization.

When:
You may encounter this issue while syncing an inspection after its completion.

How to Resolve:

  1. Navigate to the Sync Status tab in the app.

  2. Identify the inspection with the error message "Image Missing from Device".

  3. Tap the dropdown icon for the respective inspection.

  4. Choose the "Discard" option to remove the faulty data.

    OR

  5. Re-upload or re-capture the required images if needed "Save" and auto sync will start.

Note: Ensure a stable internet connection during sync to prevent such errors.
