3.3.1 SOP for users if email not received

If Email is not received then users can follow below steps

1. Make sure the email that you are checking is same as the one registered with digiQC and your inbox is not full.

2. Still not working then refresh your Inbox once.

3. If you are not able to find it in Inbox then find in other tabs like Spam, Updates or other Tabs

4. If it is company domain email id Ask your IT team to check the email logs and ask them to unspam or whitelist noreply@digiqc.com mails

4.1 Check your spam setting and ensure that it is not going to Spam

4.2 Whitelist noreply@digiqc.com

4.3 Check your company mail log for noreply@digiqc.com and provide details to digiQC support team

5. If you are done with the above steps the Escalate the issue to digiQC Team by using digiQC’s in-built support system

5.1 Prepare your IT Team have a conference call with digiQC’s IT Team
