To uphold authenticity and transparency, digiQC does not allow data / records deletion for EQCs and Instructions.
No delete / Deletion: Once an EQC / inspections or Instruction is created, it remains in the system and cannot be deleted. This ensures data integrity and prevents the loss of important project records.
Deactivation Instead of Deletion: While data cannot be deleted, Users, Agencies, and Checklists can be deactivated when no longer in use. This prevents unauthorized access while maintaining historical records.
System admin / Project admin or inspectors are not allowed to delete any records or data (Inspection or instruction) in digiQC
This approach ensures that all actions within digiQC remain accountable, traceable, and aligned with quality management principles.
