You can view and export register data as CSV or PDF. You filter and search on the columns, and the export includes exactly that filtered data. Exports come at three levels — the whole log list, all entries across logs, or a single log.
Open the register.
Filter and search on the columns. Apply the column filters and search you need — the export will include only the filtered/searched data.
Choose the export level and format (CSV or PDF):
Export | What you get | Where you export it from |
|---|---|---|
Register log list (log-wise) | The list of all logs in that register — one row per log | The register's log list |
Entries list (entries-wise) | All details and entries across every log | The register's log list |
Register log (specific log) | One log's details + all its entries | Inside that log's detail page |
The file downloads as CSV or PDF — open it in Excel (CSV) or share/print it (PDF).
Both the register log list and the register entries list give you three controls on each column (small icons on the column header):
Turn on quick statistics for a numeric column. Available functions:
Total
Average
Median
Standard Deviation
Use Select All to switch them all on at once. The values show under the column — for example TOTAL: 305.00, AVERAGE: 17.94, MEDIAN: 12.00, STANDARD DEVIATION: 15.00.
Sort the column ascending or descending with the up and down arrows.
Open the filter to search and pick values:
Type in Search in filters to find a value quickly.
Tick the values you want (multi-select).
Reset clears it and OK applies it.
When you download the register as CSV or PDF, it comes out exactly as set on screen — the aggregate functions (on or off), the filters, and the sorting you have applied are all carried into the downloaded file.
Register log list (all logs in the register, log-wise), Entries list (all details + entries across logs, entries-wise), and Register log (one specific log's details + entries).
Open that log's detail page and export from there — you'll get its details and all its entries.
Filter and search on the columns. The export reflects whatever the column filter and search show — so filter first, then export.
No — there is no date-range filter in Register. You filter and search on the columns instead.
Yes — an archived register accepts no new logs, but its historical logs stay viewable and exportable.
Yes — each column has its own sort and filter, and they work together.
Use the Search in filters box, then tick the values you want.
Yes — CSV and PDF exports include the aggregates you switched on, plus your filters and sorting.
Open the filter and press Reset.
Export as CSV or PDF.
Three levels: Register log list, Entries list, and a single Register log (from its detail page).
Filter and search on the columns — the export reflects the filtered data. No date-range filter.
Archived registers remain viewable and exportable.
Team vs Project access controls what you see; Auditors are read-only.
The three column controls are on both the register log list and the register entries list.
Aggregates are a quick way to summarise a numeric column without exporting.
