1. Primary support — WhatsApp Chat (fastest, for everyone)

Send a message describing your query / issue.
Wait a few seconds — a detailed reply arrives to help solve it.
Continue the conversation for further clarity.
When you're done, rate your satisfaction.

2. Escalation — Raise the issue as a bug (if chat didn't resolve it)
Open Support within the browser (web) app, or take a screenshot in the mobile app.
Select "Found a Problem".
Describe the issue.
3. Emergency protocol — critical issues (unable to use digiQC, workflow blockages, or inspection hindrances)
Contact your System Admin directly. The System Admin will then reach out on the digiQC HOTLINE number provided exclusively to them.

Contact your System Admin, who will call the digiQC hotline provided to them.
Only authorised System Admins — the hotline is answered only when the call is from their registered number.
Three levels: WhatsApp chat (instant) → raise a bug (24 working hours) → System Admin hotline (emergencies).
Raise a bug via Support (web) or a screenshot → Found a Problem (mobile).
