Why can't I see my inspection after it is completed?
A completed inspection is removed from the mobile app to keep it fast — only in-progress inspections show on mobile. View completed inspections on the web app at app.digiqc.com.
Answer — Once all stages of an inspection are completed, it is removed from the mobile app. You can still see it on the web app at app.digiqc.com.
Why it happens — To keep the mobile app fast, only in-progress inspections are shown on the phone. Showing every completed inspection would slow the app down.
What to do — To view or download a completed inspection, log in to the web app at app.digiqc.com.
