Answer — digiQC emails (like the Welcome / "Set Password" email) come from [email protected]. If you didn't get one, try the steps below.
Wait a few minutes — email can take a little time to arrive.
Check your Spam / Junk folder, and other tabs like Updates / Promotions.
Make sure it's the same email registered with digiQC, and your inbox isn't full.
Search for an email from [email protected] (the Welcome email has the subject "Welcome").
Refresh your inbox once.
Add [email protected] to your safe senders (whitelist).
If it's a company email, ask your IT team to whitelist [email protected] and check the mail logs for it.
Still nothing? For a "Set Password" email, use Forgot Password on the login screen to get a fresh link.
