Answer — No. digiQC keeps every record authentic and tamper-proof — so inspections (EQCs) and issues (Instructions) cannot be deleted or edited once created. They stay in the system exactly as they were recorded.
No deletion or editing — once created, an inspection or issue cannot be deleted or changed by anyone — not even a System Admin, Project Admin, or Inspector.
Time-stamped — every action carries the date and time it actually happened.
Real, live photos — photos can only be taken with the live camera (no gallery uploads), so every picture is genuine.
Location-tagged — inspections and issues carry their location, proving where they were done.
Deactivate, not delete — Users, Teams, and Checklists that are no longer needed can be deactivated (not deleted), which keeps the full history.
