Why can't I complete a checkpoint?

Answer — Some checkpoints need a photo and/or a remark before you can finish them.

What to do

1. Add the required photo (live camera).

2. Add the required remark if asked.

3. Answer every checkpoint, then submit.

Why it happens — The checklist marks certain checkpoints as photo/remark mandatory, so they can't be skipped.
