What do Pass, Fail and Redo mean?

Pass = stage accepted; Fail = a checkpoint failed (re-inspect); Redo = an approver sent it back for correction.

Answer — These are the results of an inspection stage.

Good to know

Pass — the work is accepted; the EQC moves on.
Fail — a checkpoint didn't meet the requirement; correct it and re-inspect.
Redo — an approver returned it; fix and re-submit (raise a fresh RFI if RFI is on).
