From a project's Checklist tab you can select several checklists and add the same RFI Users — the people who raise the RFI (Request For Inspection) — to all of them in one action.
Open the project → Checklist tab.
Select multiple checklists (tick the ones you want).
Click Assign → RFI User — a side drawer opens.
Select the users to add as RFI Users.
Apply.
An RFI User can raise the RFI (Request For Inspection) for the selected checklists.
