The Inspect tab — in both the Project view and the Logs view — has three filter checkboxes that quickly narrow down what you see: RFI, Latest and NCR. You can tick any one, or any combination together.
Latest — shows each EQC at its latest stage only. (Available in the Logs view — it is not shown in the Project view.)
RFI — shows only RFI-stage activities.
NCR — shows only activities where a checkpoint failed and an NCR was raised (checkpoint fail → NCR done).
Tick the boxes you want. You can select any combination — for example RFI + NCR together — and the list updates to match. Untick a box to remove that filter.
