Yes. Approval can be set to Site approval, where the approver must be on site and approve from the mobile app — used for critical activities where presence matters. (The alternative is Remote approval, from anywhere on web/mobile.) How to set it up: choose the approval mode (Site vs Remote) for the stage/approver.
