Yes. Role-based access gives each user a role (System Admin, Project Admin, Inspector, Approver, Auditor, Associate) and per-project rights — location, authentication, web access, raise-instruction, and which checklists/RFIs they can operate. How to set it up: set the user's role and rights in the project's User tab.
