1. Things required to get started with digiQC:
digiQC enables companies to get authentic site inspections through mobile and monitor the same with web browsers. Thus, it is important that you have the following features along with mobile/web specifications to enable you to do an inspection and monitor it.
1. 4G Internet speed (For offline refer to para 4)
2. Fingerprint or face ID-enabled phone.
3. GPS-enabled phone
4. Good battery health of phone
5. Working camera to take a real-time photograph
6. Latest version of Chrome/ Edge/ Firefox browser
2. digiQC supported devices:
2.1 For android supported phones:
1. RAM – minimum 6 GB
2. Android version – Android 10 and the latest
3. Free storage available on the phone – minimum 10 GB
4. Supported phones – Samsung, OPPO, Motorola, VIVO, XIAOMI, OnePlus, Google, Sony. 2.2 For IOS supported phones:
1. IOS version – 14.0 or latest
2. Free storage available – minimum 10 GB
3. Supported phones – iPhone 8 and latest
3. Note:
1. Rooted or jailbroken phones will not be supported by digiQC.
2. If the phone specification is below or does not match the above-stated minimum requirement, we shall accept the bug but cannot guarantee a solution and support.
3. Update your phone to the latest version of Android or IOS to get the highest level of support.
4. Old devices/models which no longer get OS updates will not be supported
4. Working Offline (without internet):
digiQC is enabled for offline working but certain factors affect the functioning of the application due to limited network connectivity:
1. Offline mode will prevent the display of new changes. This means that recent changes will not be displayed when the application is offline.
2. Before going to a location with low network connectivity, the user should fetch all the data in online mode to use the application in offline mode.
3. The action taken by the user in offline mode will only be sent to the digiQC server once the user is connected to the Internet.
4. Next stage of non-sync EQC can be started, only after the previous stage does not require approval on the digiQC server.
