The Maker team in digiQC is the team that actually did the work on site. You record the Maker team once an inspection stage is completed — capturing which team executed that piece of work.
Because every completed stage is linked to the team that did it, this data becomes useful for:
Performance analysis — see how each team's quality is holding up.
Training needs — spot teams that repeatedly fail checks and need support.
Decision-making — choose and manage teams based on their quality record.
The Maker team is added at the end of the inspection stage.
It links completed work to the team that executed it, for later analysis.
Maker = the role that does the work and raises the RFI.
Maker team = the actual on-site team recorded on the completed stage — used for performance, training and analysis.
