When a stage needs sign-off, digiQC lets you set approval levels:
Up to three approval levels — L1, L2 and L3 — for a checklist stage. The inspection is approved one level at a time, in order (L1 → L2 → L3).
A single approval level (L1) for the RFI stage.
At each level you can set two kinds of approver:
Internal approver — chosen from the project's users (any team) whose role is Inspector or Project Admin.
External approver — chosen from the organisation's users (any team, with any role at organisation level).
Checklist stage: up to 3 levels (L1–L3). RFI stage: a single level (L1).
Levels are cleared in sequence; a Redo sends the inspection back for correction.
Each level's approval can be On Site or Remote.
