What's the difference between Organisation level and Project level?

digiQC works at two levels — Organisation and Project.

Organisation level is the shared master setup for your whole company, managed by the System Admin in the Setup tab. Here you create the master users, teams and checklists once — so they can be reused across all projects.

Project level is an individual project (a site). Each project imports the users, teams and checklists it needs from the organisation level, and runs its own inspections, issues and registers. A project's data is visible only to that project's users.

In short

• Organisation = the master library (users, teams, checklists), set up once by the System Admin.

• Project = one site that pulls from that library; its records stay within the project.

Good to know

• Org-level roles (User / External Auditor / Checklist Maker) are set at organisation level; the detailed project role (Project Admin, Inspector, Approver…) is set inside each project.

• Creating something once at organisation level saves setting it up again for every project.
