Is my data secure, and where is it stored?

digiQC data is hosted on secure AWS servers. It is protected by role-based access (team vs project), tamper-proof time-stamped records that cannot be edited or deleted, and OTP/password login with optional phone-unlock. Immutable records give a reliable audit trail.

Answer

Yes. digiQC is built to keep your quality records safe and trustworthy.

Where it's stored — your data is hosted on secure AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers.

How it's protected

  • Role-based access — each user only sees what their role and access allow (team vs project), so data isn't open to everyone.

  • Tamper-proof records — every inspection, issue and register entry is time-stamped and cannot be edited or deleted once saved, so the quality record stays authentic.

  • Login security — access is via OTP or password, with optional phone-unlock (Authentication) for inspections.

Good to know

  • Because records are immutable, digiQC gives you a reliable audit trail for clients and auditors.

  • Access can be scoped per user (team or whole project).
