Who can log in on the mobile app and the web app?

Who can log in depends on the app:

📱 Mobile app — only project users with these roles can log in:

• Inspector

• Project Admin

• Internal Approver

💻 Web app — all roles can log in:

• Inspector

• Project Admin

• Auditor

• Associate

• External Approver

• Phone contacts who were added while raising an inspection

Good to know

• If you are an Auditor, Associate, External Approver (or a phone contact), you work on the web app — not the mobile app.

• Inspector, Project Admin and Internal Approver can use both mobile and web.
