Yes. Every photo captured on digiQC through the camera carries a timestamp — the exact date and time the photo was taken is stamped as a watermark on the photo itself. This makes each photo a time-proof record of when the check or observation was actually done.

Completed On / Synced On — these are for the inspection, not the photo: Completed On = when the inspection was passed/failed or submitted; Synced On = when it reached the server.
