When a filler sends a register log for verification, the log appears once in your To Do, however many rounds — called submissions — are waiting on it. You open it once and decide each waiting submission. After each decision you are taken straight to the next one, so nothing is left behind.
Open the email you received, or go to To Do → Register.
Tap the ⓘ in the Status cell to see what is waiting on that log.
Open the log. Every submission waiting for you has its own Verify and Raise Query buttons.
Click Verify to sign it off, or Raise Query to send it back — a reason is required.
You are taken to the next waiting submission. When there are none left you will see "All submissions on this log have been decided."
The list always shows one row per log. Tap the ⓘ to see how many submissions are waiting and where each has reached.
No. Each submission is decided on its own, with its own Verify and Raise Query buttons.
You stay on the log and are taken to the next submission waiting for you, with a line telling you how many are left. This is so no round is missed.
Yes. Scroll to any waiting submission and act on it. The hand-off is there to help, not to force an order.
Yes, when your register asks all levels at once. Your decision on one has no effect on the other.
They are not waiting for you — already decided by you (still pending other levels), sent back to the filler, or with another level. They are shown for context. A submission that is fully verified does not appear on this screen at all any more — see the next question.
It leaves this screen the moment every level has verified it. Click View Log, top-right — it is always available — to see it, along with everything else on the log.
On a register that asks all levels at once, you and the other levels are emailed together. The submission is verified only when every level has verified.
Another level has not verified yet. Your verification is recorded — the submission's Level summary line shows your name against the level you signed, and "Verification Pending" against the ones still to come.
Yes. When entries are revised, verifications given on the old entries no longer stand. You will get an email straight away, but the submission itself disappears from your screen while it's with the filler — you'll see it again, with a banner naming who sent it back, when, and why, once it's corrected and resent.
Nowhere. It stays in the Verification Detail marked Verified (superseded), with your name and the original time.
No. Once you confirm, the decision is final. Wait for the filler to send it again, then verify.
A reason is required. You will see "Enter a reason so the submission can be corrected."
Yes. They get an email with your reason, and the same reason is shown on the submission and in the Verification Detail.
No. You are emailed when a submission reaches your level, and when a submission you had acted on is sent back. The filler is emailed once, when all levels have verified.
No. You can verify, send back, or comment.
Nothing changes state — the submission stays with you and the filler can see your comment. You can comment on any submission shown on this screen, whether or not it is currently your turn — it isn't limited to submissions waiting for you.
Comments on Details are open only while Submission 1 has not yet been verified. Once Submission 1 is verified, commenting on Details closes for good, and editing closes with it — you'll see "Details are locked after Submission 1 is verified." Comments you already added stay visible.
"Submission 2 was verified by Ravi Menon on 12/04/2026, 3:14 pm." Any one verifier of a level can act for the whole level.
It only shows up once it's genuinely relevant to you — either it's your turn, or you've already acted on it. Before that, there's nothing to see, and nothing in your To Do either. You'll be emailed the moment it's ready for you.
They have been removed from the verification screen on purpose, because they cover the whole log rather than the submission you are judging. You will still find them on the log itself and in the PDF report.
Yes, it means nothing is waiting for you. You will be emailed when a submission is sent to your level.
The submission was sent back for correction — whether or not you had already acted on it, it's no longer visible on the review screen while it's with the filler. You will see a message naming who sent it back, their level and the time. You will be emailed again when the corrected submission is sent. Nothing is wrong and nothing was lost.
Someone sent it back on a query. Once that happens, it's off the review screen for every verifier — including anyone who had already verified it — until the filler corrects and resends it. You'll be emailed when that happens.
Your register asks levels one after another, so the submission goes to the next level and you choose who at that level is emailed. Everyone is pre-ticked, so you can just press Send for Verification. On the final level there is nobody next, so you are not asked.
No. On a register that asks all levels at once, every level was already chosen by the person who sent the submission, so there is nothing left to pick.
The person sending chose not to email you, but you are still a verifier on that level, so you can open it and act as normal.
A verify or a send-back cannot be undone.
A submission sent back on a query disappears from every verifier's screen, not just yours — even someone who had already verified it loses sight of it until it's corrected and resent.
Sending a submission back does not reopen the Details — Details only open while Submission 1 is not yet verified, regardless of what happens on any other submission.
Sending one submission back has no effect on any other submission.
Register reaches you by email only — there is no in-app notification to watch.
