The register log list shows whether a log still needs someone — Verification Pending or Verified — and the ⓘ beside it opens the full Verification Detail: every submission, every level, who acted and when.
Open the register → Logs.
Read the Status column: Draft (never sent), Verification Pending (someone still has to act), Verified (everything sent so far is verified).
Click ⓘ to open the Verification Detail, grouped by submission.
Use Export for the Excel file, or download the log for the PDF report.
Draft — never sent for verification. Verification Pending — something is still open, either waiting at a level or sent back to the filler. Verified — every submission created so far has been verified.
It has been replaced by the ⓘ. Clicking it shows the same information and much more — every submission, every level, every name and time.
The list always shows one row per log. The ⓘ tells you how many submissions are waiting and where each one is.
Click ⓘ. Each submission lists its levels with Verification Pending, Verified or Raise Query, and the names.
Yes. The status describes verifications only. Nothing has been sent, so nothing is waiting on anyone. The unsent rows are visible by opening the log.
That level verified, and then the submission was sent back and the entries were revised, so that verification no longer applies. It is kept in the record and the level was asked again.
The reason is shown under the "Raise Query" row in the Verification Detail, in the email that went out, and in the PDF report.
It has never been sent for verification, so there is nothing to show yet.
Yes. Entries are grouped under a heading per submission, with that submission's state, every level's decision, the verifier's name and the date and time.
Yes — three columns. Submission shows which round each row belongs to. Prepared By is who submitted it and Verified By is who verified it. Rows not yet sent are left blank, and Verified By stays blank until that submission is fully verified.
You do not have export access. You will see "To export this register, ask your Project Admin for Export access." Everything else on the list is still readable.
You will see "No logs match these filters." Change or clear the filters; they are left in place so you can adjust them.
You will see "No logs yet. Use Add to create the first log." Click Add.
Yes. It is a record of what happened, so anyone with access to the register can read it.
The status describes verifications, not unsent work — unsent entries on a verified log are shown in the Verification Detail instead.
One log is always one row, no matter how many submissions are waiting on it.
Nothing is ever deleted from the Verification Detail, including verifications a later correction overrode.
2.4.3 Fill a register — logs, entries and submissions — how submissions are created.
2.4.6 Verify or send back register submissions — what the verifier does at each level.
