Click on the Projects tab=> Click on the Issue
Click on the pencil icon=> A pop-up Rename Issue Box appears
Note: The edit option is not available for the issues whose status is Closed
Enter the Name and Click on the save button
A message appears that says, "Instruction name update successfully!"
