Navigate to the "Setup" tab
Click on "Teams" tab
Click on the “+Add” button (left team panel)
In the dialog box enter name of the Team and select the type of Scope from the drop-down and then click on the “Add” button
Now add the Team Users on "+Add" button (Right panel)
In dialog box enter the contact details click on the “Add” button
You will get a notification of “User created successfully”.
Note: You can add more Team users by repeating step 5, 6, 7
