Note: Only System Admin can add/create new project
1. Navigate to the “Projects” tab
2. Then click on “+Add” button to create a new project
3. For adding projects there are 4 steps:
Step 1 : Project details
1. Enter the project name in “Name” text box.
2. Enter the unique code for the project in the “Unique Code” text box.
3. Enter the client name in the “Client Name” text box for which this site is being developed.
4. Enter the description in the “Description” text box. (Optional)
5. If you enable “location” then the project user will only be able to access mobile app within the radius mentioned. (Optional)
6. If you enable “authentication” then the project user has to unlock the phone for conducting inspection. (Optional)
4. Mention the site location in the maps. So first you have to click on the search button (in the maps) then select the area (in this example I have selected Vesu) so once we select the area Latitude and Longitude will be added automatically. Then mention the radius (I have added 200m)
(Note: - Till this radius only the inspector will be able to inspect)
5. Select the time zone
6. Click on “Next” button at the bottom of the right corner to add site/project.
Step 2: Add users by clicking on Add button
Note : Only the users which are added in the Organization-level data in users tab will be seen in the list
Step 3 : Add Agencies by clicking on the Add button
Note : Only the agencies which are added in the Organization-level data in agencies tab will be seen in the list
Step 4 : Add EQC type by clicking on the Add button

Assign users & agency to the specific Checklist
And then click on add project.
