Navigate to the “Projects” tab
There you can see all the projects. Click on a specific project
Click on “Teams” tab
Then Click on the “+Add” button at the right corner
Enable the "Pick From Global" option => Select the Team from the drop-down option (Please note: only those Team will be seen which are already added at the organization level)
Then select Checklist from the drop-down. You can select a single/multiple
Click on the “Next” button
From dropdown select one or more from the available Global contacts (of same Team),
If the contact is not seen in dropdown then you can click on “+Add User” and fill the contact information.
Once done, click “ADD” button to complete this process.
You will get success notification popup.
