digiQC terminlogies

1 Organization data – The database available on organization level will act as a pool of database for all the proposals and can only be created by system admin. These data are further fetched in project by project admin or system admin.

2 Project data – Project data can be populated with organization data and can be seen by only project user. These data can be populated in project by project admin or system admin.

3 Users – They are the people who can use the digiQC web module or mobile application or both.

4 Agency – The agency is the sub-contractor who does work on site and whose work is to get quality checks done by the users.

5 Checklist – A checklist is a list of activities used for on-site quality checks. It can include multiple stages, each with several checkpoints.

6 EQC (Element of Quality Control) –This is the name of the element for which quality control is done. Name is given by the site inspector in the form of address so that it is easily retrievable.

7 Project – Project is the construction site where all the quality control is done.

8 Dashboard – This is the tab in the web module where all the data are shown for the analysis.

9 Download report (Stagewise)This allows you to download a report for individual COMPLETED stages.

10 Detailed report – This allows you to download a combined report showing the status of all completed stages, including failures, redo's, and passes.

11 Final report This report provides an interim summary but only includes ALL PASS stages, omitting failed or redone ones.

12 Logs – This is the tab in the web module where you can see all the activities for the project assigned to you.

13 Report – This is the tab in the web module where you can download data of project assigned to you in CSV (Common separated value) format.
