1 Organization data – The data, templates, user details, available for entire company and created/maintained by system admin. This data can be imported/fetched in specific project by the project admin or system admin.
2 Project data – The data specifically allocated or created within a project. As a default, it is accessible to the project admin & system admin. Other project users can be given access to specific parts of the project data as per their rights.
3 Users – A person with login credentials to access digiQC. There are several type of users as per their roles and rights. System Admin, Project Admin, Inspector, Associate, Auditor, Checklist maker.
4 Team – A team has group of users with common scope. DigiQC by default has a Main Team with the company’s core-set of users. More teams can be added as per role/scope commonality and the users within these teams can also be assigned rights as per their task requirements. A Team can be created as part of the Organizational data and added to projects. A Team can be created directly within the project also.
5 Checklist – A checklist is a set of questions called checkpoints. A checklist can be further sub-divided into stages corresponding to the nature of work that is getting inspected, eg: pre, during, post.
6 EQC (Element of Quality Control) – The work done by same Team at the same time and checked at same time is called EQC (Element of Quality Control). Each EQC is associated with its Checklist and whenever the inspection is initiated a unique identifier (name / location) is created to ensure searchability & analytics.
7 Project – Project is a construction site where quality control is done as per common systems.
8 Dashboard – A summarized or graphical representation of data which gives a macrolevel update to the viewer. Dashboard is also a tab in the digiQC web module where data is represented in analytical ways.
9 Download report (Stagewise) – This allows you to download a report for individual COMPLETED stages.
10 Download Detailed report – This allows you to download a combined report showing the status of all completed stages, including failures, redo's, and passes.
11 Download Final report – This report provides final summary but only includes ALL PASS stages, omitting failed or redone ones.
12 Logs – This is the tab in the web module where you can see all the activities for the project in chronological manner.
13 Report – This is the tab in the web module where you can download data in CSV (Common separated value) format. A system admin can download PDF reports also.
