# 2.5.32 Target vs Achieved

Target vs Achieved lets a System/Project Admin set a weekly Quality Inspection target per project and track it against what's completed. Set the week's Target in the Target tab; the Achieved count auto-updates as inspections get their final Pass. Download a CSV of the week's inspections from the Achieved number.

### Overview

**Target vs Achieved** lets a **System or Project Admin** set a **weekly Quality Inspection target** per project and track it against what's actually completed — so you can see, in **real time**, whether the site team is on track to meet its quality goal.

### 🧭 How to use

1. Go to the **Projects** tab → **select the project.**

2. Open the **Target tab**.

3. Set the **current week's Target** — the number of inspections you expect to reach a **final Pass** this week. _(e.g. if RCC work should finish this week, add 1 to the Target.)_

As inspections get their **final Pass**, the **Achieved** count updates **automatically.**

- **Achieved** — the number of inspections whose **final stage actually Passed** in the week (auto-updated as each inspection gets its final Pass).

### Download the week's log

- **Hover over the Achieved number** → a **download icon** appears → click it to download a **CSV** of that week's inspections.
