# 2.2.5 Inspection list explanation - Available, Paused & Approval

The Inspect inspection list has three tabs — Available, Paused, Approval — plus a To Do approval queue in the bottom bar. The list is team-scoped: you see inspections your team is doing and that are assigned to you. Available shows action cards for your stage type + view-only cards for the other; Approval holds approval-pending and Redo; Paused is personal; To Do shows only your current stage+level, with a personal Draft sub-tab.

### Overview

The inspection list in Inspect is organised into **three tabs — Available, Paused, and Approval.** Each tab groups inspections by their current status, so you can quickly see what is ready to start, what you've left incomplete, and what is going through approval. A separate **To Do** list (your approval queue) sits in the **bottom navigation bar**, not inside the inspection list.

On mobile, this list is **team-scoped** — you see only the inspections your **team is doing** and that are **assigned to you** (see 2.2.19).

### 🧭 How to use

1. Open Inspect (mobile app) to see your inspection list with its **three tabs.**

2. Tap a tab to see the inspections in that status:

- **Available** — inspections where the current stage is **completed** and the **next stage is ready to start.** You see **action cards** for **your** stage type (RFI or inspection), plus **view-only cards** for the other stage type (tapping one explains why). Tap an action card to begin the next stage.

- **Paused** — **your own** work that you **started but left incomplete.** It stays **locked to you** and is **not available to other users**; you can **resume** it whenever you're ready.

- **Approval** — inspections that are **"Approval pending"** (sent for approval) or that have **come back as a Redo** (actionable).

1. **To Do** is **not a tab in the inspection list** — it is in the **bottom navigation bar.** It is your approval queue:

- **To-be Approved** — shows an inspection **only while you are the approver of its current active stage and level.**

- **Draft** — a **personal** sub-tab holding approval reviews **you** saved as Draft; only you can see them.

1. Once an inspection is **fully completed — all its stages PASSED** — it is **no longer shown in the mobile app.** You can then view that completed inspection in the **web app at app.digiqc.com.**

### ❓ FAQ

#### 1\. How many tabs does the inspection list have?

Three — **Available, Paused, and Approval.** The **To Do** approval queue is separate; you'll find it in the **bottom navigation bar**, not in the inspection list.

#### 2\. What shows up in the Available tab?

Inspections whose current stage is **complete** and whose **next stage is ready to start.** You see **action cards** for your stage type and **view-only cards** for the other stage type.

#### 3\. Whose inspections can I see in each tab?

Inspection data is now **team-scoped**: in **Available** and **Approval** you see the inspections your **team is doing (the doer team) and that are assigned to you.** **Paused** shows **only your own** incomplete work. **To-be Approved** (bottom bar) shows **only the stage and level you must approve.** For the full rule, see 2.2.19.

#### 4\. Why can't I see another team's inspections any more?

Because inspection data is now **team-scoped** — you only see inspections your **team is doing** and that are **assigned to you.** The first team to act on a stage type locks it to their team (see 2.2.19).

#### 5\. Can other users see or pick up my Paused inspections?

No. **Paused** holds **your own** started-but-incomplete work. It is **locked to you and not available to other users** — only you can resume it.

#### 6\. What is the difference between the Approval tab and the To Do list?

**Approval** (a tab in the inspection list) shows inspections that are **Approval pending** or came **back as a Redo** — your team's work assigned to you. **To Do → To-be Approved** (bottom navigation bar) shows only the **stage and level you must approve now.** One is what you're waiting on; the other is what's waiting on you.

#### 7\. Where do completed inspections go?

Once an inspection's **stages are all PASSED**, it is **removed from the mobile app** and can be viewed in the **web app at app.digiqc.com.**

### 💡 Good to know

- **Available** shows **action cards** for your stage type and **view-only cards** for the other.

- **Paused** shows **only your own** incomplete work — private to you, not available to others.

- **To Do → To-be Approved** shows **only the stage and level awaiting your approval**; **Draft** holds your saved approval reviews.

- A **fully completed inspection (all stages PASS)** is **no longer available on mobile** — view it in the **web app (app.digiqc.com).**
