2.2.11 How to download EQC reports from the web app (Report tab)?

Overview

The Report tab lets you download CSV reports for your inspections, based on the filter and date range you set. digiQC offers four EQC reports.

🧭 How to use

1. Open the project → go to the Report tab.

2. Set your filter and date range.

3. Pick the report you want and download it.

The EQC reports

1. EQC Log (CSV) — every stage of each inspection, with each status listed separately, for the filter & date range. (The full log — all stages, all statuses.)

2. EQC Latest Log (CSV) — the latest stage with its latest status for each EQC, for the filter & date range.

3. EQC Count (CSV) — the count of inspections per checklist, with status.

4. EQC – QC Report (Link on Mail) — emails you the report link(s) based on the filter & date range. If all stages of an inspection are completed, the final report is sent; otherwise a detailed report. (Conditions below.)

Generate the QC Report link (on mail)

When you generate it, a "Generate Download Link" confirmation appears — "…generate report download link and send to your registered email id?" Note:

1. The EQC QC report link can be generated for a maximum of 1 month duration.

2. A maximum of 5 links can be generated at a time.

3. Links are generated from 08:00 pm onward and mailed to your registered email once ready.

4. If a generated link has more than 50 reports, multiple links in batches of 50 EQC are sent in a single mail.

❓ FAQ

1. What's the difference between EQC Log and EQC Latest Log?

EQC Log gives every stage and every status (listed separately); EQC Latest Log gives only the latest stage and latest status of each EQC.

2. What does EQC Count give?

The number of inspections per checklist, with their status.

3. When do I get the QC report on email?

The link is generated from 8:00 pm and mailed to your registered email. You get the final report if all stages are complete, otherwise a detailed report.

4. Are there any limits on the QC report link?

Max 1-month range, max 5 links at a time, and if there are more than 50 reports they're mailed in batches of 50.
