Go to inspections tab >> switch the project from top
Click on +Add button >> select checklist >> enter location name manually or select from nomenclature pre defined location and then enter custom name >> click on Raise RFI button at the top right corner
Select the witness and add photos, add drawings (if it is mandatory) then in the checkpoints answer all the points >> if you want to add more additional points then click on + button or else click on Raise RFI >> select the agency to notify >> select the inspectors you want to notify >> add a deadline of date & time for inspection to be conducted (optional) then click on DONE.
This RFI will start getting sync at the top automatically and then the inspector who was selected he/she will receive a notification to initiate the next stage for conducting inspection.
