Once the RFI is raised by the maker/contractor, the approver will receive a notification, he/she needs to click on that review the RFI and he/she can either accept the RFI if everything is mentioned or else can add a comment regarding the incomplete information and then click on reject.
If the approver accepts the RFI then he can later select the inspector who will initiate the inspection stage
And if the approver rejects the RFI then minimum one comment needs to be added and the maker who raised the RFI he needs to add required information and again seek for acceptance.
