Why:
The sync feature ensures no data is lost due to network issues, saving unsynced data for automatic upload when connectivity is restored.
What:
The sync feature in digiQC automatically starts once an inspection or instruction is completed. If there is a network issue or fluctuation during this process, the sync will pause and the unsynced data will appear in the Sync tab for later
Steps:
In the Dashboard tab: Click on the Sync tab located in the top right corner.
When there’s no internet connection, EQCs or Issues will automatically move to this tab.
Once network connectivity is restored, the EQCs will be synced and uploaded to the app automatically.
