When an inspection stage is marked Failed, it stays in the Available tab with a "Fail" tag on its card. You open it and change all the failed checkpoints, then Pass or Seek for approval.
Open the Inspect module and go to the Available tab. Select the project.
Find the failed EQC — its card shows a "Fail" tag on the top-right corner.
Tap the card to open the failed inspection.
Change / answer all the failed checkpoints, one by one. (To review the points that passed, tap "Show all points".)
At the bottom, choose Pass (to mark it passed) or Seek for approval (to send it for approval), per the stage's process. All failed checkpoints must be changed before Pass / Seek for approval is available.
Select the Team, set a reminder if needed, and tap Done.
If there's a next stage, tap "Go to EQC list" to head to the Available tab and continue.
