Overview
If you're an approver, your pending approvals wait in the "To Do" tab. You can review and act on them from either the mobile app or the web app — review the EQC, then Approve it or send it back with Redo.
🧭 How to use
The steps are the same on mobile and web — only the entry point differs.
Open your pending approvals
Mobile app: open the app → To Do tab.
Web app: log in at app.digiqc.com → To Do tab.
Review and act
Click Review next to the EQC you want to check.
Review the EQC summary — photographs, remarks, and all checkpoints.
Add your feedback:
- Comment on specific checkpoints as needed, or - Add an overall comment in "Add Additional Comment" at the bottom.
Choose an action:
- Approve — if the work is complete and verified (you can approve with or without a comment). - Redo — if the work is incomplete or needs correction; add comments on the points or in the additional comment, then click Redo.
If another approval level is defined, after your approval select the next approver from the list to pass it on.
❓ FAQ
1. Where do I find my pending approvals?
In the "To Do" tab — on the mobile app or the web app.
2. Can I approve on the web, or only on mobile?
Both — the steps are the same; just start from the To Do tab on either.
3. What's the difference between Approve and Redo?
Approve signs off the work (and passes it to the next level if there is one); Redo sends it back for correction.
Can I comment on individual checkpoints?
Yes — comment on specific checkpoints, or add an overall comment in "Add Additional Comment."
What happens after I approve if there's another approval level?
You select the next approver from the list, and it moves to them.
