The EQC Report Configurator lets you customise how your EQC report looks — logos, organisation name, report title, statuses, and photo size — so reports match your project and brand. It applies to the EQC PDF reports (Print & Digital).
Open the EQC Report Configurator and set each option, then Save:
Include Organisation Logo — Yes/No. Shows the organisation logo in the report header.
Logo Size — Small, Medium, or Large. Sets the size of both the organisation logo and the project logo.
Add Project Logo — upload up to four logos to display in the report header (alongside the organisation logo).
Include Organisation Name — Yes/No. Shows the organisation's name in the report header, below the logo.
Include Report Title — Yes/No. If Yes, enter/customise the report title (e.g. "REPORT").
Show Status — Yes/No. Shows the statuses (e.g. Pass, Fail, Redo) in the report.
Photo Size — Small, Medium, or Large. Sets the size of the project photo shown in the report.
Click Save to apply your settings to the report.
