You can add new checkpoints to a checklist and edit existing ones. Each checkpoint is set up on its edit screen — the question, reference information, the answer type, which answer fails the stage, and whether a photo or remark is required.
Open the Project → Checklist tab → select the checklist. Then:
Click Add to add a single new checkpoint.
Click Bulk Add to add multiple checkpoints at once and configure them together.
Click Edit on the checkpoint you want to change.
Configure the checkpoint (the fields — for a new or existing one):
Check Point (required) — the question the inspector answers, e.g. "Laser-measured width at top, mid & bottom. Tolerance ±2 mm."
Information — reference detail: text, links, or photos. Once added, the inspector sees a bulb icon on that checkpoint during inspection — they tap it for the guidance.
Type — how it's answered: Yes/No, Option, Text, or Numeric.
Mark for QC fail — the answer value that fails the checklist stage (e.g. mark "No" as QC fail → answering No fails the stage).
EQC Photo Required / Remarks Required — turn on to make a photo and/or remark mandatory; the inspector can't complete the checkpoint without them.
Then Save.
Open the checklist and click Add for a single checkpoint, or Bulk Add to add several at once and configure them together.
Add creates one checkpoint; Bulk Add lets you add many checkpoints at once and set their configuration together.
Open the project → Checklist tab → the checklist, then click Edit on the checkpoint.
Text, links, or photos. Once added, inspectors see a bulb icon on that checkpoint and tap it to read the guidance.
It sets which answer fails the stage — if the inspector selects that value, the checklist stage fails.
They make a photo and/or remark mandatory to complete the checkpoint.
Add one checkpoint, or Bulk Add many at once (configure together); Edit to change an existing one.
A checkpoint has: the Check Point question, Information (text/link/photo → bulb icon), a Type (Yes/No, Option, Text, Numeric), a Mark-for-QC-fail value, and optional Photo/Remark required.
The Mark-for-QC-fail value fails the stage when selected; Photo/Remark required must be added to complete the checkpoint.
Information is optional and shows to inspectors as a bulb icon.
