Sync is how digiQC moves the work you capture on site up to the server. All Inspection (EQC) and Issue activity done on the mobile app follows the sync flow — so anything you do offline is stored on the device and synced later, automatically, once you are back online. If something can't sync, digiQC tells you why and lets you fix it. The goal is simple — no data is lost to network problems.
Open the mobile app and go to the Dashboard tab (it is a separate tab, not inside the Inspect module).
Tap the up-down arrow (⇅) Sync icon in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
When there is no internet connection, any EQC or Issue you work on is stored on the device and listed under Sync instead of failing.
