From the Setup tab → Users, the System Admin adds the people in the organisation — one at a time (manually) or many at once (CSV import).
When adding a user you give them an organisation-level role — User (default), External Auditor, or Checklist Maker. Their detailed project role (Project Admin, Inspector, Approver, etc.) is assigned later, inside each project.
Paid vs complimentary users: digiQC licences are seat-based. A user counts as a paid user when their role is System Admin, Inspector, or Project Admin — all other roles are complimentary (free).
A user is uniquely identified by the combination of email ID + mobile number, and the same user can belong to multiple teams and even multiple organisations.
About the System Admin role: a System Admin is set by digiQC's Super Admin — it can't be assigned from this screen. If your organisation needs a new System Admin, email a request to digiQC to add one.
To edit, replicate or deactivate an existing user, see 2.5.4.
