When the assigned user has responded, a member of the raiser's team verifies it in the mobile app and either Accepts (the issue is closed) or Rejects (it's reopened to respond again). Accept / Reject is available only in the mobile app, and the assigned user cannot do it.
In the mobile app, open the Issue tab → To Do tab, and select the project.
Open the "Responded" issue you want to verify.
Review the details — the response and any attached photos.
Choose an action:
- Accept — the work meets the requirement → the issue is Closed. - Reject — incomplete or doesn't meet the requirement → the issue is reopened and goes back to the assigned user to respond again.
Only in the mobile app, by a member of the raiser's team.
The assigned user cannot accept / reject — even if they're in the same team. Another team member does it.
Once Accepted, the issue is Closed and removed from the mobile app list.
To review closed issues, use the web app (app.digiqc.com).
No — Accept / Reject is only in the mobile app. The web app is used to view closed issues.
A member of the raiser's team — not the assigned user (even if they're in the same team; a teammate does it).
Mobile app → Issue tab → To Do → the Responded issue.
On the web app (app.digiqc.com) — accepted issues leave the mobile list.
Verify a Responded issue → Accept (close) or Reject (reopen → respond again).
Accept / Reject is mobile-app only, done by the raiser's team.
The assigned user can't accept / reject (even in the same team — a teammate does).
Path: Issue tab → To Do. Accepted issues leave the mobile list; view closed ones on the web app.
